Russians poaching squirrels to keep as pets

Russians love squirrels, maybe a little too much.

Apparently there is a craze for keeping squirrels as pets, causing people to catch them in city parks and resell them to pet owners on the internet.

    This is sad.
    As long as I’d like a squirrel for a pet, I wouldn’t take their liberty to live in the wilderness.
    People who pay for that are not true squirrel lovers. They probably do it for the hype.
