The poster of the video had this to say about Chippy and how he came to doze in her hairdo:
Some people found chippy, on a sidewalk almost dead. We got him in June when he was about 1-2 weeks old. We don’t know his exact age.
He sleeps in hands, hoodies, pockets anywhere soft and comfy.
